"We had always been aware of Eastfield and having bought a run down 1930 semi, we needed a massive amount of work doing. On meeting John Dentith for the first time, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and honesty. I found him polite, genuine and interested in what it was we wanted to do. 2 further quotes were obtained, but it was decided Eastfield had it largely down to John himself. Prior to the work starting, we had numerous meetings to discuss the plans and logistics of the entire operation. John again proved completely reliable and nothing was ever too much.
